San Diego superheroes fight Skate-boarding sex-offender
…also love alliteration.
Mr. Extreme and Shadow Hare are dressed up in costumes that would make Bruce Wayne jealous (if he were a naked, crack-addicted homeless man deprived of sleep for 11 days… and not Bruce Wayne).

In defense of their costumes, Shawdow Hare is black like a shadow, and that tucked in shirt Mr. Extreme is sporting can only be described as… tastefully business casual extreme. Armed with a flashlight, handcuffs, and a few sweet fanny packs, these two are willing to shell out $1,000 of their own money for information leading to the arrest of an attacker in local skateboard parks.
Mr. Extreme is the founder of Extreme Justice League, a division of the 200-member strong worldwide organization known as “Real Life Superheroes”. Superman declined to comment on any possible copyright infringements, or on the fact that he’s a member of “Plain old Justice League”. Har har.
It’s pretty gutsy what these guys are doing (and I’m not just talking about their outfits) and if it inspires other people to join in, then the fear of being caught on COPS by a man in shiny silver tights might just be enough to cut down on crime (precisely what kind of crime is something we’ll just have to wait and see).
